ANGER.

§  Introduction.
Anger may be a natural and largely automatic response to pain of 1 kind or another (physical or emotional). Anger will occur once individuals do not feel well, feel rejected, feel vulnerable, or expertise some loss.
The type of pain doesn't matter; the necessary issue is that the pain knowledgeable is unpleasant. Because anger ne'er happens in isolation however rather is essentially preceded by pain feelings, it's usually characterized as a ''secondhand'' feeling.
§  Anger, Thoughts, & Social Behavior.
·         Pain alone is not enough to cause anger. Anger happens once pain is combined with some anger-triggering thought.
·         Thoughts that may trigger anger embody personal assessments, assumptions, evaluations, or interpretations of situations that makes people think that someone else is attempting (consciously or not) to hurt them. Anger, Thoughts, & Social Behavior.

§  Benefits and prices of Anger: Social, Emotional, and Health.
·         Whether even or unreasonable, the beguiling feeling of morality related to anger offers a strong temporary boost to shallowness.
·         It is a lot of satisfying to feel angry than to acknowledge the painful feelings related to vulnerability.
·         You can use anger to convert feelings of vulnerability and helplessness into feelings of management and power.
Some individuals develop Associate in Nursing unconscious habit of reworking most of their vulnerable feelings into anger so that they will avoid having to traumatize them.
